It's a beautiful setting for good Chinese dining. My family and friends love it, the food is delicious, and the flavours are not too strong.

This is a traditional chinese restaurant. yum cha service is available during the day. The food is refined and service is attentive.

Have been coming here since I was little with my parents. Don't frequent it as often as we did in my childhood because it seems to get worse with each visit unfortunately. Price wise is quite cheap for the huge portion sizes but quality of food isn't special considering there are many other Chinese places to dine at nowadays. Dumplings are my favorite, always tasty but that's about it sadly.

Silky Apple has gone down hill since they changed owners last year. It used to be owned by the people who own the other famous Melbourne restaurants Red Emperor and Tai Pan. They sold it last year and it appears both the service and quality for the food have deteriorated.

A great place to take the family. Good service and good food there Peking duck is fantastic. I also love there Yum Cha which has a large variety of dishes and they have great desserts. A place for that special occasion

I have been coming here for years. It's one of my parents favourite places. The san choi bao is great, so are the vegetarian dim sims. My son loves the Cantonese beef and the Mongolian Beef is the best I've experienced in a Chinese restaurant. The flavours are really exceptional. The fish is also great, both the whole steamed fish and the ginger and garlic stir fried fish. Scrumptious. Service is always courteous and attentive. Well worth while for a quick meal or a special occasion.
