This Family Restaurant is located inside Wests Club at Cardiff, but you do not need to sign in to the Club to access the Restaurant. The food consists of an 'all you can eat' Buffet and includes Asian (stir fry, rice, sweet and sours, etc) and traditional (roast meats, veggies, spag bol, soups, fish, chips, etc), plus plenty of dessert choices. Priced at about $15 to $20 (seafood days) a head it is excellent value if you need a good feed. I have found the service to be very good, and the food is always fresh and well prepared. Overall a good choice for a meal out with the family.

I've been here for dinner a few times over the years. It's a great all you can eat restaurant. There is a large variety for food to choose from and a good choice of desserts too. The staff are friendly and happy to assist. It's pretty good value for money too. I'm more than happy to eat here again!

Was invited to a birthday dinner here last night and was pleasantly surprised. It is all you can eat and they have a large variety of different foods hot and cold. We were in a separate room to the main restaurant which made it more private for the guest of the party. Over all was good and will go back again.

Been here so many time over the years. Always a good place for birthday and outings.

Nice and tidy place inside the club. Food is almost always good but there have been random nights where the food is not up to standard.

Staff are friendly, poliet and well kept. Price is good BUT for someone small like me i dont see much vaule, since im a rabbit and hey if you eat heaps you will get your moneys worth!

For the price I pay, I go all out with the meals. I end up going back several times for more food from the buffet area. There is Thai food, Chinese Food, Sushi, Chips, Salads, and much more. As soon as a dish at the buffet is empty, it is automatically refilled by the staff, they are always courteous and always come to your table to ask if they can be of any assistance.

Silver Dolphin is a great place for family functions and casual dinners. The atmosphere is excellent and the price/value is just awesome.

The Silver Dolphin is fantastic, especially considering there aren't many places that still offer 'all you can eat'. There are so many different types of food to choose from, just make you save room for the delicious desserts!

It's a buffet style and they offer so many food that you can't choose which one to start with. The dessert is also amazing.
