They did a good job on my car but I've given them a one star purely because they did the usual mechanic trick and stole my parts! It was so obvious! They didn't put the windscreen wipers back properly. I had a new air con filter put in before my car was repaired. My air con doesn't work that well anymore and, my time changed, meaning my battery was replaced.

They think I didn't know. I KNOW!!!!

Rude and unhelpful. We've been to these guys twice now as this is NRMA's preferred smash repairs for the area. Both times they argued about whether the damage was from the accident or not, even when it was obvious it was.

Worst, for the second incident, they fixed/replaced the front grill, bumper and bonnet, but then refused to fix the clearly cracked and damaged headlamp casing. One of the guys even said the damage may have been caused by a previous owner of the vehicle!

After a lot of arguing, including smirks from the guy who does the inspections, finally they agreed to fix the casing, but they'd have to order the part in and let me know when it arrived.

3 weeks later still no word, called reception who said they would look into it and call me back, but they never did. Called again today and have been again told they'd look into it and call me back. Here's hoping it happens.

Surely NRMA could find a better company than this to work with?

We had a accident a few years ago, someone run into us, at the time we had just car insurance, being car buffs, my hubby loves his cars, and keeps them well looked after. Washing and polishing our cars.

We found this smash repair through our insurance company, we found it very unprofessional, the repair work was not the greatest repair, and the paint work was a disaster, my hubby sent the car back to be re worked on, actually it went back a few times, all up the car was gone for over a month. My husband would not accept it till it was to the acceptable standard.

For us we felt back then it wasn't a great service that we had received.

All we can suggest is to really look over your car and make sure your repair work is of good quality.

took my car there to be repaired after my accident took a little longer than they first thought but over all they were great kept me up to date with what was happening and when i had to take my car back due to minor problems with window they were happy to replace over all great service and friendly staff

Their staffs are quite experienced. They delivery high quality work. However, it may take more time and cost you more comparing with other Chinese shops. If it's not rush and you have claimed insurance, it's not a bad chance to leave your car to them

A ONE DAY JOB HAS TAKEN 8 DAYS TO DO. NO WONDER OUR G.I.O. CAR INSURANCE COST ARE SO HIGH. THE G.I.O.ON SITE ASSESSING PERSONAL IS THERE TO REPRESENT THE CLIENT ON BEHALF OF G.I.O & NOT THE BUSINESS THAT GIVES HIM OFFICE SPACE & PERKS.

They produce a grest finish and offer excellent advice. They are a big repairer with tons of experience and make the repairing process quite painless.
