Order not complete, missing anchors. Spoke with customer service, they were quick to respond and I was lead to believe purchasing new anchors locally would be easier than having Simplysheds supply. This is incorrect and the items are more expensive at the retailers they suggested and also a special order item with the same lead time as having the item sent by Simplysheds. It is not the customers responsibility to spend time or money rectifying errors with orders. Refused to correct the error once I informed them of this, offered a solution at an additional $22 cost to me for their error. Now asking me to wait 48 to 72 hours for "Upper Management" to see what they can do. It's a relatively straightforward issue that they are complicating. If they refuse to correct an issue this small I can only imagine what a larger issue might be like in dealing with them. My advice give them a miss , plenty of shed dealers who will genuinely attempt to resolve issue brought about by them or their suppliers instead of trying to transfer the cost and effort to customers to resolve.

Shed was a disaster the minute the box was opened. I got 3/4 through the shed 4.5m X 2.26m and was assembling the panel with the closing doors and it just wore me out. The instructions tell you to cut pieces of metal from corners and then not others, the online instructions tell you to do the opposite, this is critical to establishing the building as square which I mention later. The ridge beam is like a paper tissue once assembled. By the time I got to the end wall i knew there was no way the opposite diagonals were going to even come close to lining up nor were the longer wall sheets going to match in length as there is confusion in their own manual on just how this is actually established, just the last wall alone is where i physically gave up.

Spend more on the shed, the bunnings shed is the same one as this one DONT BUY THIS SHED online or at Bunnings.

I have spoken to numerous tradesman (i am a tradesman also) who have returned this shed upon opening. One had his marriage nearly bust up over it they had so many arguments about it. Also the bunnings installers are changing constantly because nobody can / wants to install these sheds. There's not a single simple thing about these sheds. Reading the online reviews you can also see that even if the shed does get assembled, it very often blows away in the first gust of wind.

I've come to the conclusion not only was this a complete waste of time and money, but returning it is a near impossible task as you can't box it back up into the original box which came glued shut. It's has to be boxed up to return. The box is basically destroyed when you open it. And it's heavy so not an easy thing to rebox up. You could maybe put it on pallets ??? They won't take it back like that.

Just the corner holes to join the corners are 3mm from the edge of the sheet, so if you have to drill some of these most likely and bur the sheet to the point you'll bust through the edge of it. You need 3-4 people to build it realistically and it will take you 6 hours just to lay out the parts and check it's all there. Any wind at all, forget about assembling it.

I honestly don't know how they run this business. Well I do, they are a reseller of a poor quality product that has next to no chance of being returned.

I even offered to deliver it back loaded in the back of my ute as I believe they are in Qld, and they just sent me a screenshot showing me they were an online store only.

I also have a family member, employee of a major hardware chain, who sells these sheds, and was not at all surprised to hear how I'd given up. So the returns on these things to MAJOR HARDWARE STORES is commonplace

Worst online purchase ever! I ordered and paid for a shed on 16th March. Website said would be delivered 14-21 Business days - what a joke! 6 weeks later shed still hasn't been delivered. Multiple emails to Simply Sheds and all they can say is - 'sorry for the inconvenience'. Don't recommend purchasing from this company.

Paid for shed in full on the 8th, apparently in stock and ready to go, told order would be sent before the 11th.....1 month later rang them to find out what is going on, told they will contact me back in 3 days.....waited again...nothing...rang the next day to be told "yeah we don't have that color anymore" ....so now have to wait another month for one to be delivered in a color I didn't chose.

What exactly would have happened if I didn't make that phone call??? why didn't anyone contact me to tell me this?

Ordered and paid (In Full )for shed and framing kit with an accepted quoted lead time of 3 weeks. Now 3 MONTHS down the track and have only received half of the shipment and freight company can not tell me when other box is due. Customer service is overseas based, promise you everything and deliver nothing. Have requested phone call from Management twice and promised response but no phone call. Customer service say they will chase up and just fob you off.
Worst company I have ever dealt with __ BEWARE !!!
