Order not complete, missing anchors. Spoke with customer service, they were quick to respond and I was lead to believe purchasing new anchors locally would be easier than having Simplysheds supply. This is incorrect and the items are more expensive at the retailers they suggested and also a special order item with the same lead time as having the item sent by Simplysheds. It is not the customers responsibility to spend time or money rectifying errors with orders. Refused to correct the error once I informed them of this, offered a solution at an additional $22 cost to me for their error. Now asking me to wait 48 to 72 hours for "Upper Management" to see what they can do. It's a relatively straightforward issue that they are complicating. If they refuse to correct an issue this small I can only imagine what a larger issue might be like in dealing with them. My advice give them a miss , plenty of shed dealers who will genuinely attempt to resolve issue brought about by them or their suppliers instead of trying to transfer the cost and effort to customers to resolve.
