We are really happy with our Team who are easy to have around and do the job quickly, quietly and efficiently.

The cleaners arrived in time. They listened to my directions as to what I wanted them to focus their energies on. The bathroom tiles were sparkling, the kitchen was clean & the tiles mopped (& even the inside of the microwave was cleaned). The carpets, which needed a good vacuuming, were done with good detail. I was pleased with the final result.

Great company to deal with. Transparent pricing was provided online and it was easy to request a job online. They had lots of available time slots, I selected the next working day. One of their cleaners Zattam very quickly accepted the job. He turned up on time on the day and did the job to a very high standard. He worked very hard and took alot of pride in the quality of his work.

First time user for me … the team did an end of lease clean . They were polite , punctual and the clean was great . I was very happy with the BC end result . Would definitely use again . Recommend

I am actually shocked how the cleaning of our 'end of lease clean' for our property in Fairlight was conducted on 18 November 2022 (recently). Overall a good cleaning job but dishonest practice in terms of timing and pricing.
We booked a 3 bedroom full cleaning of the property and received a quote (7.5 hours) and added card details for the payment to be deducted. When the cleaning team of one single individual arrived we were told that an additional 2 hours would be required but no rationale could be provided, only that more time is needed - we could only agree or the end of lease clean would not happen and our bond would be in jeopardy as we might not get this back, due to the inspection happening on Monday (20th Nov).
We provided this feedback to Simply spotless formally and the response we received from 'simply spotless' was that the cleaning team said there was an additional bedroom that required cleaning - I'm unsure how there could possibly be 4 bedrooms in our tiny 2 bedroom apartment with the 2m by 3.4m sunroom with wooden floors (technically meaning there were 2.5 rooms) - bear in mind this is actually a 2 bed with a small sunroom, hence we played it safe and quoted for 3 bedrooms. Because of the additional time, this then meant an additional $132 was charged (not discussed, just deduced from your card), which you as the tenant cannot deny as then the cleaning would simply not get done - extremely dishonest and very disappointing. I'm happy to provide the initial quote ($494) for the 3 bedroom clean taking up to 7 hours (which excluded blinds, walls and also excluded the balcony).
Total square meters of the entire apartment is 67.95. So 7.5 hours is certainly enough time to clean this and I do not believe that 9.5 hours was needed.

I will admin that the cleaning was done properly (kitchen, living space and bedroom) although some improvement noted for the toilet, shower and above the cupboards in the kitchen. We had to go ourselves to ensure this inadequate job is 'touched up' on the Sunday. There was insufficient time to get the cleaners back to finish the job.

Honestly don't mind paying the additional money, but I found the way this was priced and the last minutes changes to be dishonest. We could have sent a detailed floor plan when the quote was provided, but that was not necessary or required - also no opportunity was provided where we could provide additional details.
Very unfortunate experience that I will take forward.

Mahesh and his team did a great job with a difficult task - an exit clean of a large home that had a very long tenancy. It took as long as anticipated by us (longer than what the team originally thought) and the costing was very transparent. The online booking process was easy and there were follow-up phone calls which were timely and answered any questions or issues. Would recommend Mahesh and his team.

The cleaners did a great first job. Very happy to have them back on a regular basis.
