I consider Charlie is honest and reliable in what he promises to do and what is actually carried out and I am more than happy to recommend his services. This is the first time I've had my Forester serviced by Charlie and was pleasantly surprised to discover how easy he is to deal with in light of past (not easy) experiences I've had with so called "service managers" at main line dealer agencies.
