1 hour late. 1 mover not 2. So Slow!!!

Deceptive, Negligent and Untrustworthy. BEWARE!
Worst dealings in customer service my husband and I have ever come across. Singh Movers did not deliver our belongings to our address as their truck was 'too big' . Instead of reorganizing a delivery or at least a refund we were forced to have our belonging dropped off at a friends house and had to use a different company to complete the job . Singh Movers refused to respond and have not even acknowledged us They have taken our money and provided an incomplete service that left us further out of pocket. This is fraudulent and I have applied for our case to be investigated.

We used services listed as Singh Movers (0430373625). The move was pretty smooth until the end when their truck cut the electricity line of the house and we had to be in the dark for a week, the fix costed roughly $980. The driver assured he will pay for the expense and claimed the insurance and paid us the money although a bit late. I had used their service before and had no issues.

Moved through Singh movers Mount waverley, they were good and did job very well. The guys who came were good as well.

Singh helped me to move my piano in a short time. The workers are professional and well equiped. The moved my piano quickly and safely.

After waiting 2 and a half hours with various non credible excuses I decided not to use this unprofessional company. Cheap(er) but nasty. After reading some genuine reviews I am glad it didn't go ahead.

So disappointed I would never recommend to anyone or use them again. First they are as expensive, just a bit cheaper than reputable movers in Vic. They are not careful at all with your belongings- a few of our furniture was damaged in the move. They were Not on time-we had to wait at least 4h-Unreliable!!One of the movers just kept staring and had no clue how to move things. Just be very careful if you are trying to save money, the cost can work out to be the same if not more than other better movers.

Horrible service. They kept me on waiting 5.5 Hrs to start the move. They were not even bothered to say a Sorry also.
