Some mixed fortunes with this business. Their eyelash/eyebrow tinting is excellent but their leg waxing isn't very good. The towels on the treatment tables often don't look clean which is my main complaint.

This is an established skin and beauty business that changed ownership and name a couple of years ago, but the staff and quality of service remain as good as ever. Prices reflect the quality of the skin care and product range used in this business, but the loyal clientele reflect the value of their services. Staff are always friendly and professional, and the range of treatments, including skin micro-dermabrasion, waxing, tinting, electrolosis, etc. are first class. Bookings are essential as many clients have ongoing and regular treatments.

Only had an OK experience. Was given the trainee waxer and whilst she was good she didn't ask me if I was happy with the work she had done and left the room after she was finished. I hate it when they do that. Upon inspection i wasn't quite happy and had to ask her to come back in the room, something which is a bit awkward to do. Am going back again to give them a 2nd try with someone else, will report if I have a better experience.
