Only had an OK experience. Was given the trainee waxer and whilst she was good she didn't ask me if I was happy with the work she had done and left the room after she was finished. I hate it when they do that. Upon inspection i wasn't quite happy and had to ask her to come back in the room, something which is a bit awkward to do. Am going back again to give them a 2nd try with someone else, will report if I have a better experience.

First night out for hubby and I in a while and we loved sparrow. The food is Spanish with tapas and pizzas the most popular for dinner. Larger meals are available and looked good too. We ordered the tapas tasting menu and a large bottle of sangria and weren't disappointed. The food was really different from what we have had in a past and it all tasted fantastic. Would love to go back. Service was good but not really friendly enough for me, guess they don;t have the time considering how many plates they are bring out all the time. Great for a dinner for 2 but would be great with a large group. Oh and yes it is a bit $$ but I have no issue paying good money for great food.

A beautiful nursery, specialising in mature trees. They have a little bit of everything with beautiful displays, but the price tags are a bit hefty for me. Great for a look and for ideas, but I couldn't fill my garden with plants from Cleveland due to the high cost. Service was quick and helpful, staff very knowledgeable.

Although initial appearance is a little messy there is plenty to choose from at Magic Circle and it is all very easy to find and that is why the place looks a bit crammed. The manager has tried to make it easier for the shopper (everything is in size/age range) rather than group all brands together. There is a mix of everyday right through to designer baby clothing and for a wide range ages.

Popped in for a late lunch, front of house staff were very polite, quirky and knowledgeable. I like that! I desperately wanted the fish cakes but they were sold out, my fault seeing as it was late in the day. I asked about a particular dish and the staff were very honest and tried to lead me in a different direction, but I ordered it anyway. True to form it was only OK, will listen to them next time. Hubby had the wagyu burgers - was yummo. Lpts more yummy things on the menu so will go back, wine list is great too. Dinner next time I think!!

Have recently moved but figured these guys deserved a great review. A recently refurbished salon in the easter suburbs, you will feel like you are being pampered in Toorak but without the price tag. However, their dedication to personal service is great. Lots of great amags to read, nice tea and coffee - plus biscuits, a great head massage when you get rinsed, it all makes for a great experience. The haircuts and dyes are always top notch. I always saw Paul and Kate and had a cut and half head of foils.

Approximate cost: $130
