These guys are owned by a dodgy UK-based holding company that operates over 100 international websites selling FMCG and has a reputation for ripping customers off. It is also impossible to contact them once you realise you have been scammed. I purchased some cycling bib shorts from their ProBikeKit.com.au shopfront, then weeks later received an email to say the item was out of stock and a refund would be issued. Months later I still have not received a refund or had any of my numerous emails responded to - took serious searching to find email addresses. So effectively these con-artists have just stolen my money. Read the reviews - consistently negative for good reason!

Do not buy from this company, I think its a scam. They took $146 on 2nd November 2016 and then emailed to say they could not supply the goods 7th November 2016 but despite promising have not refunded the money and just send generic replies to my messages. I have asked my bank to reverse the charge. Its now 20th December 2016 and still no refund or corespondence.
They trade under a UK company called The hut Ltd so its UK Citizens Advice bureau you need to contact to take it further.

I placed an order over 4 weeks ago and I have not received my products, they do not reply to my emails and have not refunded my money. I will never buy from this company again!

High quality service. Their facials are so refreshing and relaxing and I plan to bring my friends there for a wonderful time in a very affordable price. It's good value to relax and enjoy once in a while.

I tried this place and then they started spamming me relentlessly so I no longer deal with them

I bought Alpha-H cleanser and exfoliators from here today. They were on sale, and cheaper than competing online skin care stores. I also received free shipping for spending over $50.

They offer $39 facials focusing on a different product each month. The facials are very nice but not quite as good as I have had at other salons. They advertise that they go for 1hr 15 mins but mine is usually done in about 45 minutes. The products are very high quality and if you want to purchase them afterwards they are much cheaper than elsewhere. For $39 the facials are well worth it, I just find I leave a tiny bit disappointed when it finishes quicker than I was expecting.

I've got this promotion as a skincare store member and thought I've give a try. The facial is using good product and it's only cost me $39 for almost one hour.

I first discovered the retail store while browsing the internet for cosmetics, and eventually started visiting the salon for facial treatments. I was immediately impressed by the range of boutique brands they stock, including products/brands that are not readily available in Australia. They offer superior customer service, including 'Lowest Price Guarantee' and 'No Fuss Returns' policies, and shipping is FREE!
The salon offers a range of specialized beauty treatments as well as the standard treatments and services, all at reasonable prices. I've had a few 1hr facials there and would recommend it to anyone, the therapists are excellent, my skin always looks & feels refreshed and I always leave feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated.

Approximate cost: $25 & up

I love this 'store'. They are generous with their free samples when you place your order and delivery is fast! Very reliable and one of the places that will get my business for a long time to come!

Yep, I also received a free sample of Dermatologica products.

I have bought from SkinCareStore.com.au for a couple of times and I have always been very happy with their products and services. The price is really good compare to retail store like David Jones.

Approximate cost: $100

Yes, I find it's usually better value to buy online, especially with their free shipping for orders overs $50.
