As a professional with experience in Human resource and Community engagement in the past, I took an 18 month “hiatus” in another employment totally “left field” from previous, I thought getting back into a similar field would have been an easy task. Unfortunately, I found the task onerous and deflating, with a decrease in enthusiasm and motivation, until I met Paul.
