As a professional with experience in Human resource and Community engagement in the past, I took an 18 month “hiatus” in another employment totally “left field” from previous, I thought getting back into a similar field would have been an easy task. Unfortunately, I found the task onerous and deflating, with a decrease in enthusiasm and motivation, until I met Paul.
He has great interpersonal skills, passionate, good listener and most importantly understood and supported my dilemma. Paul assisted me in reviewing my applications and instilled the motivation and enthusiasm again with a more direct approach. I will continue to utilise Paul’s skills.
