We highly recommend Sleek Painters and will definitely use them again. They were engaged to paint the main rooms inside of our Victorian period home (very high ceilings, walls, skirtings, doors etc) and we are so happy with the end result. The finishes are great and of high quality, notwithstanding the difficulty of dealing with the problems in a solid double brick house well over 130 years old. They were always professional and careful and nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting a professional high quality service. It was our pleasure having Jimmy and Matty in our home - two of the nicest people you will meet!

We used twice their services: once for the repair and painting of the collapsed ceiling, the second for only painting. We engaged Jimmy to paint the exterior of our home. Jimmy was very professional, right from the initial quotation period. He earned our confidence with timeliness, a good contract and the quality of three coats of paint including oil based undercoat on our existing oil-painted fascias. He and his team did a great job, despite some challenging weather conditions. The end price had no hidden surprises and left us smiling. Our house now looks fantastic, and we have been receiving compliments from neighbours. We recommend Jimmy without hesitation and we will be having him back in the future as 'our painter'.

I've been in Australia for the past 8 years. This is by far, the most impressive tradesman I've found. World-class customer service at very reasonable price.

I've asked for a professional carpenter to change a new entry door recommended by the door seller. This person came and gave me measurement to order the door. He later told me to find my own painter. The coordination for another painter with the door installer is a big headache especially it needs three coating on the main door. On a winter (hard to dry weather), a typical painter has to come back on three different occasions (higher cost) for each coat.

Jimmy told me he would pick up the door, paint the door at his place and install for me together with the complicated fingerprinting lock. So I used his "end-to-end" service as this will solve my problem. After picking the door, he told me the door size is 5mm smaller and would result in draft coming into the house. The original carpenter told me to order the same size door despite my current door has a big gap of 5mm. However, Jimmy's measurement is from door frame to frame.

I called the door seller and they told me they sell strips of timber up to 6mm that will solve the smaller size problem. Jimmy drove there to buy on my behalf and discovered it didn't solve the problem. He would need to drive home and pick the door and send it back to the door seller (10km away) to add 5mm thickness to it. After a week, Jimmy came and installed the door as well as the lock. In his plan, he was supposed to install everything in 3-4hrs time. Due to the bending of the door frame and complication of the lock, Jimmy used around 8 hrs to install everything.

He even offered to clean up the place despite missing his lunch and preparing to fly out of the country on the next early morning. Most impressively, he charged me the same amount we agreed originally despite him going through the trouble just to get the door right. He can easily take short cut by providing the same door measurement as the first carpenter; but he chose the "narrow gate" to deliver the best quality finish. Although Jimmy still has another coat to go before he returns in 4 weeks’ time, I'm happy to wait for his return since he has a spirit of excellence. If anyone needs to have a painting job or install Samsung SHS-P718 lock, you know you are in good hands when you go to this guy. Very Impressive!
