Ripped off with my door repair. They had a promotion for 30% off, it was never put on the invoice and silly me paid it before i recieved it. I tried emailing a number of times with no response, finally got through on the phone and he stated it gets discounted but it doesn't show it on the invoice. Pure scam.

Ripped off big time with this company, so overpriced and be aware he has more businesses under different names, so check the phone numbers. Never again. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I tried to communicate via email about the incorrect quote for a review but my email was ignored, I asked for an itemised invoice and this did not happen, the invoice was very vague. The cost of the repair on not fair.

I paid over $1,000 for them to do work at my home including replacing two locks. Within 2 weeks both locks stopped working and keys would not open. I have called and texted MULTIPLE times and get no response. I am extrememly upset. I've been texting and caling him constantly since 13 January and its is now beginning of April. Disgraceful!

Would give it -5 if I could, extremely unprofessional no response to your calls messages, did a sham job for fixing the lock lock came loose in two months wouldn't come back to fix it. STAY AWAY you have been warned..

I had a great experience with both gaining a quote online, and then with their service. The cost of the repair was fair, and the service was great. I’d put off getting a security door fixed, to the degree that we didn’t use it for fear of damaging the door frame. Mark was able to come out and fix it the same day. Very happy.

I cannot fault the workmanship of this business. For well over a year, I have struggled with a sliding glass door that didn't slide very well any more. One quick trip from Slide Easy, and the door really does slide easily. I thought what I paid was very reasonable, especially since Slide Easy have restored access through my sliding door.

The company was prominently advertised with a flash website and appeared to offer fast and courteous service to repair a sliding door. Once you have visited the website you are followed by the advertisement. My elderly mother rang several times leaving voicemail messages. Eventually the call was returned and the franchisee attended to the repair. Throughout the call he was abrupt. The main door was fixed however there was some damage to the surrounds and the screen door had not been repaired. A substantial call out fee was paid and all up the cost was over $300 for a routine repair. When asked to return to make good the damage and repair the screen door the franchisee refused. Overall an unpleasant and costly experience which hopefully may be avoided by the next prospective customer.
