I agree with the original reviewer. In my experience, they are quite accommodating but when the invoice says they vacuumed the car and they clearly have not you have to wonder what else written on the invoice was not actually performed. I was also surprised that my wheels were not rotated during a routine service.

I've had a bit of work done at this mechanic on two different cars, and it's all been completed to my satisfaction. They're in a good location not far from the railway crossing in Berwick, and a key-drop box if you need to drop the car there before they're open. The owner is a long time mechanic. The only reason they lose points is the prices aren't the cheapest, and once or twice something minor that i asked to be done with a few other things was overlooked. Overall though the quality of their work is good, and they're pretty accommodating when it comes to fitting you in. They pretty much cover every aspect of mechanical work too, even doing LPG conversions and so on.
