Was happy when the removalists turned up on Thursday (West End, Brisbane), packed up unit (as promised). The big surprise was when I received a phone call from the driver saying he would be arriving at 11am Friday (Molong, NSW). Great experience with these gentlemen, they are so quick and Kurt. Only issue I found was that the fridge did have a few dents in it. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend for interstate moves. The movers were 1 day late with the delivery, due to some unforeseen issues (settlement issues) with another load in the truck. And were 1 hour late on the following day.

Poor communication, they stop returning calls once they lock you in and receive payment.

The mattress was dirty after the move, and had lost the mattress protector.

No response from them after there move.

Worst removalist ever!
Used this removalist twice. Once to move household contents into storage & again to move from storage to new premises.
Both times they had to change pick up time from early am to late pm. Was only notified at the due pickup time….Was told staff off sick.
1st time I was understandable. Felt sorry for guys doing 2 jobs in one day. They worked late into the evening. Used this crowd again because they were the ones that put my goods into storage. Same thing again, phone call in am (pickup time) staff off sick. No option but to accept change of time. 2 fellows turn up, one who has never done this kind of work before & was obviously struggling to lift furniture. They came late & delivered in the dark. My husband & could see the stress & tension between these two fellows so we pitched in & unloaded the truck too. We were also trying to protect our possessions as the chap who had never done this work before had no clue or strength to lift.
One broken marble table. Dropped my fridge, & damaged internal timber steps in townhouse, fridge damaged too. They had no chance of getting it up the stairs, fridge left in entry, said they would send someone back tomorrow to sort it out (never saw or heard from them again). Never bothered to contact them as I never wanted to have them come back. Had to buy new fridge.
After unpacking have also found that Items are missing.

Well I read the reviews and engaged Smart Lift Removals, and they didn't turn up on the date. I rang and left several messages, eventually I received a call, I was advised a truck will be coming but now at 10-30am - 3 hours later! No truck arrived just a call, once again telling me another story, the truck turned up the next day and it took 10 hours to do the move - the new location is just 3 minutes away. Never have I been let down with a removalist not turning up before.

An excellent moving company, the movers arrived exactly on time and were extremely professional during the entire process,
very careful and nothing got broken or damaged, they were great at organizing our stuff in the truck, great attitude guys, thank you so much!!

The boys were quick and careful with our things and very friendly. The owner was quick to respond to my request and courteous on the phone.
