As I write this I’m listening to water drip in my ceiling again. I called yesterday and no one has called me back again. I have had several leaks since the roof was installed and I have mouldy ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom. Customer service is a joke. They only call back if they feel like it or you keep calling and complain and sometimes they don’t show up and I really regret using this company. I paid $15000 for a new roof nearly 3 years ago. This was a discounted price if I used materials they had on hand from a cancelled order. I decided to support local business even though the other 2 companies that quoted me were a bit cheaper. Now it’s costing me new ceilings and so much stress. I will never recommend this company.

We have had our roof restored including repainting by Smart Owners. Paul was fantastic to deal with as was Robyn and on site Mick was extremely professional and has brilliant work ethics - we are extremely happy with the job.

We had our roof restored & painted by these guys. Very professional, very quick, very tidy & stress free. Paul, Mick & Robyn communicated excellently & Micks workmanship was fantastic. We would not hesitate to recommend them to any one.

Great price to do my roof & gutter replacement. Service, communication & work are all top class. Tradesman did a brilliant job & work completed on schedule. Would recommend this company for quality of work, value and service.

Normally wouldn't leave a review but Smart Owners and in particular employees Paul and Mick were fantastic to deal with. Had tile roof cleaned, fixed and painted. Everything was easy and straightforward. Price suited me and job completed within time and budget. Happy to recommend!

They were fantastic, quick service (within a few days, despite the job not being overly urgent) and friendly, quick and affordable service. Had our gutters cleaned out, and they will be coming back to put some gutter guard in the future too! Thanks guys!
