Rarely will I do either a positive or negative comment unless the company is outstanding. In this instance Smarter Outdoors did excel in the positive. Firstly they gave a no-nonsense quote, unlike so many roller blind retailers. They communicated well, kept to their word, worked hard to get the job done on time and the workmanship applied has left us very glad we used this company. My only disappointment was the bits of cut metal left behind at the job, I believe they could clean up better but otherwise I have no hesitation recommending their services.

By far the most competitive quote of the 7 I received for roller shutters. After research into theirs and competitor materials, determined that Smarter Outdoors was sourcing from the same quality suppliers, and provided a far superior remote. 100% recommend these guys if you want external shutters. From the start they give us nothing but the honest truth. We got quotes from a few companies and Ben (owner) was the only one who told us how it was. Other companies used gimmicks and bagged out other companies. One quote was as much as $20,000. Ladies in the office were very pleasant and efficient to deal with. Installation was very quick. It was done within a week of putting down a deposit. I was amazed how quickly the job was done on the day. 5 shutters all upstairs were done in 3 hours. Overall, very happy with their services and products.
