Truely Professional
Had issues with my 65" smart tv suddenly would no longer read my hdmi connections for dvd and DMR. Called a local tv service company who charged me $99 to tell me the DMR was dead and to buy a new one which I did .. $504 later same situation. Contacted Samsung who put me in touch with Smartvision.
Joel and his offsider cam out and actually searched for the fault. Turned out to be the Mainboard in the tv, all fixed very professionally.
I would not in future let anyone touch my Audio/tv equipment.. just go with Smartvision who know what they are doing.

Had them sent out by Samsung to look at our TV after it developed a fault.. Tech was watched pressing and taping on screen and then turned around and told us we cracked it and put a report into Samsung saying we caused physical damage. Coincidently he denies either pressing or taping on screen. Now in relevant agencies hands
Had my Samsung TV repaired at no cost even though warranty had expired approx one and a half years ago. They did the ground work with Samsung and work was completed within a couple of days! Very happy with the service and staff were friendly and helpful.

Good points:
1. The tv is working
2. Work was completed quicker than advised
Not so good points:
1. They charge an $85 call out fee for just quoting a job (hard to believe in this day & age)
2. They don't tell you they only accept credit or correct cash when paying the call out fee.
3. When the service guy agrees to accept less than the $85, because you didn't know you needed correct cash (nice of him) the office tries to add the extra onto the final cost
4. And the clincher... When you ring the office just to QUERY something on the bill, you encounter the receptionist with the attitude of a spoilt teenage brat.
Customer service is severely lacking at SMARTVISION & I wouldn't recommend them despite the tv being fixed.
