Truely Professional
Had issues with my 65" smart tv suddenly would no longer read my hdmi connections for dvd and DMR. Called a local tv service company who charged me $99 to tell me the DMR was dead and to buy a new one which I did .. $504 later same situation. Contacted Samsung who put me in touch with Smartvision.
Joel and his offsider cam out and actually searched for the fault. Turned out to be the Mainboard in the tv, all fixed very professionally.
I would not in future let anyone touch my Audio/tv equipment.. just go with Smartvision who know what they are doing.
Well done Joel, won't call anyone else in future
