I know that I have written a review for SMC Computers some time ago but since then both my wife and I have had a number of jobs done here. The latest job on my computer was what I thought to be a fairly big job, remove an 80gig hard drive and replace it with a bigger one provided the cpu would take it. They put in a 500gig hard dive, removed Trend Micro which I pay about $110 per year for, and replaced it with the free AVG. I dropped the computer in to them early in the morning and the job was done easily the same day. I was pleasantly surprised at the price charged and I know the workmanship and expertise of Sid and Mark are second to none. I can not speak too highly of the professional service these guys give. I highly recommend SMC Computers for any computer work to be done and they will have our business for as long as they can.

I have been to SMC Computers a number of times over a period of years for computer purchases, repairs, parts and just general advice and assistance. I'm always impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the help I receive. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always willing to listen to exactly what it is you want or need and then present you with all of the options rather than push the most expensive one on you. They don't talk over my head and are always very quick with repair work.

They discovered and corrected a faulty connection on my home build desktop. They discussed this problem with me as well as many other useful computer issues, so I had my problem fixed and came out the shop with more knowledge and happy!

I had attempted to download from the internet but also received a virus and my computer began to run so slowly. Had heard about SMC Computers from a friend so gave them a try. Both proprietors had me back on the road with my computer on the same day. They spoke my language as I am not well versed in "computer speak". Thanks again SMC.

A laptop was taken in for repair. They explained before hand what they would do and would contact me before they undertook any major work and provide an approximate cost. Within several hours they inform me that the laptop didn't have a fault and suggested a way around my problem. More than pleased with the communication and price.
