They are a big rip off as being pretending an Australian company by putting a fake address on their website. They sold me big promise but delivering nothing. I was called from an Australian landline number but were actually from India. They wasted a lot of my time on website development promising ecommerce website in 45 days. but took 9 months to get a website with major flaws in checkout page. I ended up going to another professional to get the website eventually.
So please stay away from such deceitful company.

I would not recommend doing business with them. These guys are rude , unprofessional and incompetent. They penalised my site. They call after hours, back to back and speak rudely. They don't know what they are doing and force to get the money. Do NOT Hire them. [Retracted]. Be-careful of hiring them.

What a disaster service and so unprofessional company. I choosed them for email marketing and they can't even make 2 formats for email in 4 months. They wasted lot of time and energy. Now i start mu campaign with other company and they done everything in 5 days. Don't waste your money with Smegoweb.

Lipika has been really great to deal with, the project that we have been working is very complex and involved and has been on the go for more than 18 Months. Lipika has been patient and keen to understand the issues and then through her team set out to resolve and achieve a good outcome.

Overall I have found Lipika great to work with and look forward to our Project completing very soon.

New websites and keeping up to date with it is a lot of work for myself to progress . I have the best team working on my website. My project manager Vikas Singh is always on prompt. He has given me a lot of great support . He is exceptionally great in what he does. I'm always pleased, he's considerable and has great communication. I would recommend him highly to my friends and business associates . Very professional and friendly.
