I can not speak highly enough of the care,, service and professionalism at Smile Works. I had the greatest fear of dentists, to the point of attending hypnotherapy, which failed to ease my fear. I knew I had to go and see a dentist, since it had been 10 years since attending one. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. I took my four year old for a chipped tooth. The frontline staff and the dentist were professional and helpful. The dentist was very patient with our son. I also really liked the way she told us (the parents) what she was doing every step of the way - as we were more anxious than our son on his first trip to the dentist. Very caring staff that went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was explained to me before what was going to happen during the consult and what needed to be done. I was very happy with the way my anxiety towards dentists was relieved. The clinic was clean and warm, I was greeted with a friendly hello and smile from reception when I walked in.
