I called for a quote and they checked it over straight away but did not give me anything in writing. When I later called back with the claim number, the guy took all my details and said that he would call me back and book me in. A week later I called to see how it was going and the guy informed me that he could not find the details and he had forgotten. He was not apologetic at all. Who runs a business this way? I thought all the stress of getting my car fixed was done, but now I have to start from scratch.

John went to the enth degree to repair my daughter's car, that had been broken into, as quickly as possible. He kept the price down and did a fantastic job. I doubt that I've met a more genuine and hell of a nice tradesperson. Would recommend him any day.
