I found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and impressive with their knowledge of bras for my 92 year-old mother. They were very respectful of her, despite her Alzheimer's, and made the fitting experience a piece of cake. I later went back to try to find something else for my mum and they allowed me to take a different style to her, try it on, and generated a refund with no problem.
Great place to go for lacies! I wish I was younger so that I could buy some of those gorgeous sexy outfits!!!
From Charlie's first visit to my home I was impressed with his problem solving skills in trying to work out how he could safely enclose my two cats but not leave the property looking like a big cage. He custom-built and painted black frames to support netting at one end and Perspex barriers at the other so that they appeared to be part of the original back garden. You can hardly even see them! My cats love their 3 steps up to the roof of the garden shed where they chill out on their new sundeck which Charlie placed there so it would be comfortable for them. You see, Charlie not only considers the cats' owner, but the comfort and happiness of the cats as well. He's a perfectionist in all he does, is reliable, prompt and an absolute treasure!
I needed locks changed and my garage roller door remotes recoded. Rick arrived when he said he would and did a terrific job of it without sending me broke. Very obliging and knows what he's doing. I found him via the reviews on WOMO and this really underlines how useful the site is. Would call him in an 'instant' if I needed a locksmith again!

I can't believe how helpful the staff are at this business. They go to the moon and back to find a solution to your problem, including email contact where they studied photos of my stupid shower and contacted me with details of how to fix it. What a find. Can't recommend them enough.
The staff at this pharmacy are exceptional in that they always have a smile, are polite, friendly, and will go out of their way to look after you. I'm constantly amazed by their service. They go to the enth degree to make sure you get what you need, following up with phone calls and deliveries if needed. I often find friends and acquaintances have also discovered this gem of a pharmacy. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
When we moved to Chelsea, I found this vet via WOMO and have been very happy with Zeljko and his staff. However, after a recent experience, we are EXTREMELY happy! Zeljko saved our little cat's life, giving up a large part of his Sunday and going the extra mile by trying everything he could to save her. He even fed her by hand, having her lick the food off his fingers, which must have taken ages. He really showed compassion for her and it's obvious his skills are very high. He doesn't overcharge (have been ripped off by other vets in the past) and gives value for money. We can't speak highly enough of Zeljko and his staff.
Horst installed an airconditioning vent in the ceiling of my bathroom where none had been put in when my unit was built. I used him going by the reviews on WOMOW and was not disappointed. He called back when he said he would, was punctual and totally reliable. He went about the job in a friendly and efficient manner and put drop sheets down under the man hole and where he put the vent in the bathroom. There was no mess left and I'm happy with the work he did. Would recommend him to anyone!

Very honest business. Because you're a woman doesn't mean they have $$$ signs rolling over in their eyes. Actually, Sen talked me out of having a very expensive repair done to my car that I don't need.
Mother and daughter team run this classy little salon from their refurbished garage. Not what you'd expect - it's beautifully done, is very professional, and the prices are extremely competitive with other hairdressers. I like the fact that you don't have to fight for a parking spot in Frankston, it's private (so you don't have pedestrians geeking at you through the window when you're looking your worst before you're finished), and it doesn't cost you an arm or a leg. I had a perm, trim, shampoo and blow wave for $60.
I had a wall fitted with floor to ceiling bookshelves, which included long drawers underneath the TV recess, and cabinets across the bottom and underneath a one-piece bench. Stan visited me once, took measurements, we discussed the job, and that was all that was needed! The whole thing was put in by two of Stan's men who were extremely careful of my polished wood floors, the walls and ceiling. I was amazed at how well it all fitted (from just the one visit) and, when it was finished (in less than a day), you couldn't tell that it wasn't built into the wall when my unit was new. The colour matched the walls perfectly. Not only that, the fellows connected all my electrics and cleaned up after themselves. I was gobsmacked and so is everyone else who sees it. I'm so happy with it.
