What can I say , last night was my third visit to this fabulous restaurant, if I could give 10 stars I would , we celebrated my birthday with friends who have not experienced this restaurant before and where absolutely blown away , the 8 course chef’s menu was do delicious , beautifully presented and explained in great detail by the dedicated staff , the wagyu beef with black truffles an absolutely high light the attention from all staff a ten out of ten , have already booked our next event, thank you for making our night so special

I have mixed feelings about this place.
It is a lovely venue furnished and decorated with traditional and ornate furnishings which promote a sense of luxury.
The service and menu whilst satisfactory and attentive, is not on the same scale however.

The menu offers a good range of nice traditional italian dishes which are sized reasonably and well considered in terms of composition of flavours and textures.
Nothing outstanding or particularly memorable however.

I love going to Society for special occasions and my husband's birthday gave us the reason! We enjoyed tuna carpaccio, quail sausage and calamari for primi and duck and pork for secondi. The calamari was a little chewy but the other two primi were great. The pork serving was huge compared with the duck, but all went well with a bottle of red. The service was attentive and the opportunity to watch passersby a bonus! Definitely worth visiting again!

I am reviewing the cocktail bar which is upstairs at the Society Club Restaurant. You don't book, just wander up the stairs once you enter the restaurant and you will be amazed by the surrounds. The decode is quaint, a number of rooms with comfy couches and tables to have a quiet drink with friends. Or if you wish sit at the bar or on a stool around a cocktail table in the main room looking out onto Collins st Melbourne.
The staff are friendly and fun and drinks a good price and you can order nibblies and light meals. Great place to go for pre dinner drinks.

I went here and I ordered the express lunch. The food was great. Perfectly cooked with a good variety on the express menu. Great service.

Had a lovely express lunch with a group from work. Food was nice but the service was a little slower than expected given it was their 'express' menu. The decor and atmosphere at Society are wonderful though, it's very upmarket

coffee is great. need a few more offerings to eat though. Upstairs bar area is nice,but if you forget to reserve your spot,you will look around for somewhere to stand.

Nice restaurant. I love Italian and trust me the food was very good. You should certainly try this place.

Stunning resturant and good service. Food is nice, but very rich. Coffee after the meal was superb. Good for lunch or dinner, fine Italian dining
