Alex and Tim got us out of a real pickle when our gas hot water system failed. Solar Flow came to the rescue with a lovely Sanden heat pump hot water system and had it up and running asap. Very professional, from start to finish, we had a good experience with installation of our 5kw system. They took care of all the external paperwork and bits and bobs very efficiently and guided us through rebate process. Only paid $2.5k up front for quality system, have taken out interest free loan from Vic solar for remaining amount, very happy with investment and now generating and pumping back into grid. Have heard some horror stories re solar installation, so we are very happy and would definately recommend these guys!

Installation of heat pump done efficiently, tidily and to our wishes. Within two hours the new 300 litre tank of cold water was heated enough to have a hot shower, by our solar power.

Our old gas hot water system broke and Tim organised for a new solar system within days-his team was friendly and reliable and Tim answered any questions we had as well as providing extra advice on questions we had about solar panels. Great service.

The Company sent their rep to quote very promptly. He was very good at assessing the situation for installation of the heat pump hot water service with regards to location,etc. we were able to discuss all matters to our mutual benefit.
Also Solar flow's quotation for the work came in cheaper than another quote.
Installation of the system was quick and efficient with no hitches.

Our home was a new build and they worked in with our builder well. Some initial teething problems (sediment in the lines) quickly sorted.

Excellent customer service, clear communication and very quick to respond. I liked that we could have a temporary water heater installed while we waited if the new water heater there workmanship was good and all rubish was removed.

Our very old gas hot water system was leaking. Alex and Tim were able to organise installation of new heat pump system within 2 days. An added bonus is that the pressure in our shower and kitchen sink has increased. Very happy customer here!

Old Hot water heater died just before a long weekend. Tim and team had a new heat pump installed next day so we weren't without hotwater for the weekend. New Sanden Heat Pump is consuming less than 4Kwh/day compared to 12Kwh/day for the old one! Expect a realistic payback to be around 5 years and Sanden comes with a nice long warranty.

Tim and Alex have been fantastic with their knowledge and helpful approach and had regular communication with them during the job and even after installation of the unit.

They also removed the old unit as part of their great service.

Alex at Solar Flow is passionate about what he does and has very good knowledge about all the products in the market. Good communication and turned up on the day of the install and did a great job. I will happily recommend them.

The service from Alex from the first contact ,to the quote and installation was first class They arrived on time on the agreed day, decommissioned our old system and completed whole job in a few hours. We are running the system from Solar panels on our roof. The system is so quiet we can't tell if it operating unless we check for air flow from the fan in the pump unit.
