Alex and Tim got us out of a real pickle when our gas hot water system failed. Solar Flow came to the rescue with a lovely Sanden heat pump hot water system and had it up and running asap. Installation of heat pump done efficiently, tidily and to our wishes. Within two hours the new 300 litre tank of cold water was heated enough to have a hot shower, by our solar power.

Our old gas hot water system broke and Tim organised for a new solar system within days-his team was friendly and reliable and Tim answered any questions we had as well as providing extra advice on questions we had about solar panels. Great service.

The Company sent their rep to quote very promptly. He was very good at assessing the situation for installation of the heat pump hot water service with regards to location,etc. we were able to discuss all matters to our mutual benefit.
Also Solar flow's quotation for the work came in cheaper than another quote.

Our home was a new build and they worked in with our builder well. Some initial teething problems (sediment in the lines) quickly sorted.

Had a hot water heat-pump installed. Very helpful, professional, accomodating and efficient & the heat-pump works really well, very pleased.

Our very old gas hot water system was leaking. Alex and Tim were able to organise installation of new heat pump system within 2 days. An added bonus is that the pressure in our shower and kitchen sink has increased. Very happy customer here!

The service from Alex from the first contact ,to the quote and installation was first class They arrived on time on the agreed day, decommissioned our old system and completed whole job in a few hours. We are running the system from Solar panels on our roof. The system is so quiet we can't tell if it operating unless we check for air flow from the fan in the pump unit.
