Great and knowledgeable staff and owners who are easy to deal with. However, little is to be said about their installer who was meant to turn up at 7-7.30am (confirmed twice with store a few days prior to installation) but only to receive a phone call at 9.30am from the installer stating he will be late and only arrived later in the afternoon with no apology given. Although he did a very good job at lying the carpets, his attitude towards my wife and general customer service is atrocious. All in all, great store who unfortunately uses a installer with a bad attitude towards customer service.

I've not bought anything from them but I went in to get some information about flooring and the service was excellent. I was shown through pretty much all of their range and asked what I was looking for and what I wanted. Instead of making a quick sale and getting me out the door they recommended I wait for the big sales after xmas if I wasn't in a rush get some flooring down. Overall very impressed and will be going back real soon.

Solomons provided the carpet for our new house. We felt that they were genuine and weren't trying to sell us something just to make a bit of commission. They were knowledgeable and steered us towards the right type of carpet for our circumstances. It looks great now it's been laid and we're very happy with the quality of it.
