Purchased a Sony Flash ..... Did not work contacted Sony centre could not help said we will get the technician to call you ...hmmm 3 weeks later no call after me calling every few days and leaving a complaint with the centre - What a joke ?
Took unit back to shop and had it replaced . Sony they are useless when it come to customer service ; (

I purchased a sony lcd tv from jb hi fi a couple of years ago,something went wrong with it within the warranty period and were called sony to report it.They told us we would have it repaired free of charge but when they realised the part we needed was no longer available they simply replaced it with a newer model of tv.This was a quick and simple process and they did deliver what they promised which usually seems to good to be true so we are very happy with their proffesional and helpul service.

The sales service was not up to standard as sales person was reluctant and not approachable, after service was bad when you have a problem with the transactions, it took over 2 months to resolve a simple transaction, service reps pass the buck to others and wouldn't claim responsibility.
