Upon entering I was impressed with the lovely modern decor including the wine display over the bar - you could tell it was a part of the Hilton. The restaurant had a really cool 'bar' atmosphere to it.

The menu was ok, maybe a bit limited but we were all able to find something that we wanted to order so it wasn't really a problem. We were served quite quickly, although there was a long wait before our food was brought out to us. The tapas were great and we actually ordered a second lot after finishing our first ones. Sontano was a bit on the expensive side - I wouldn't come here regularly but it was good and the location was a plus as we were attending a function nearby.
