Founded in January 2012, Sound Body Massage is a relatively new business. It was founded by a man with a goal, John Vanderham. His goal is simple, to provided top quality massage therapy at affordable rates to the people of the southern suburbs.

Why Choose Sound Body Massage?

I have been a massage therapist since February 2008 and have a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Australian Institute of Massage.
I've volunteered for over 20 years as a Sports Injury Trainer at Happy Valley and Glenelg Football clubs in the SFL and SANFL respectively.
Experience in massaging elite AFL and SANFL athletes and the South Australian State Under-23 Lacrosse team.
Currently a volunteer Massage Therapist at South Adelaide Football Club in the SANFL.
Qualified in Senior First Aid, CPR and Asthma Support.

With experience in massaging elite athletes, John has a wealth of experience which he can relate and offer to each client.

Sound Body Massage offers affordable Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Relaxation Massage, Trigger Point therapy and Lymphatic Drainage

Although less than a year old Sound Body Massage already has over 150 clients, many of whom have booked repeat sessions and referred friends and family on to us, and the new clients are finding out just how good it is.

As a regular client of Johns I can honestly say it is the best remedial massage I have had. He is not only able to relieve the pain and stiffness in my back but also provides a freindly and professional service. I would not use anyone else

I regularly have massages so know what I am looking for. John Vanderham is a wonderful masseuse. He is very professional. He performed an amazing workout on my back and certainly relieved many pressure points. The difference was very noticeable. You know that you are confident with someone when you do not feel the need to talk during the session. I will certainly return when I require more work.
