The doctors are great there - they are our main family doctor & only go elsewhere if we can't get in. I couldn't be happier with the way that they treat you. You can usually get an appointment within 24 hours otherwise they will happily put you on a waiting list if there are any cancellations if you can't get in on that day. The reception staff are great to deal with and they have a little play room and toys for the kids which is very nice. They bulk bill if you have a healthcare card or you are under 16 which I think is great. There rates are reasonable for this area.

I only try and see the one doctor and she is great. We have made her our family doctor and she is great with my kids. She doesn't just want to get you in and out and actually gives you the time required. Reception staff are always friendly.

All the doctors are nice and knowledgeable here. You don't usually have to book too far ahead, usually 24 hours. However, they don't bulk bill and you have to pay $50 of which you get $25 back.
