I'm not really sure what's involved in dry cleaning, but should items still have hair and other stuff on the garment?
I chuck something in the washing machine. Comes out without stuff like stains and hair and fluff attached. Pilling excepted.
But this dry cleaning place left a bunch of hairs on the coat and it didn't really feel like it had been cleaned.

But how do you tell it's been cleaned other than the plastic bag they put it in? They could just have people putting things in bags and then charging us for it. Who knows. But I'm not going to bother with this place again.
I'll try somewhere else next time

I deposited my doona for its first clean with this company. When I took it home and unwrapped it, it now has black marks and a proliferation of holes.
I took it back to show them today 20/3 and the woman was aggressive and dismissive. I will not deal with nor recommend this company to anyone.
Not happy.

I found this dry cleaner to be in a handy location for me so I dropped off a few shirts on my way to my girlfriends house. When it came time to pick them up I found the staff to be quite rude and unfriendly, it was like pay up and move on. Upon inspection of my shirts, what can I say, I will not be returning. I do not recommend this business.
