Good food and really charming surrounds. The service could be improved. However, it is important to remember that this is more of a quaint bar/cafe than restaurant/bar.

Really charming and very homely place, very relaxed and intimate setting and I had the most amazing sausage rolls here, like homemade! Will definitely come back to sample more of this menu

An intimate, cosy drinking hole with an original relaxed interior with references to shabby chic and just plain chic. Open fire, smoking garden and above all the CHIPS! They come wrapped in newspaper with mayonnaise. Excellent for soaking up the excellent grog. Sit and watch the trams rattle down the street with a view onto this remarkable precinct.
