Dean was prompt in giving us a quote for our sliding gate, he was very reasonable with the price and upfront with making suggestions to make the job better for us, we had 3 quotes and we are glad we went for SP Gates as they were honest ,reliable and easy to communicate with, definitely recommend them.

We paid a deposit for our balustrade in May this year. After being given the run around for a delivery date for months, the employee finally advised that he cannot finish the job and that we will get our deposit back. Over a week later and we are still waiting for the deposit which we are now being told won't be returned for another 2 weeks. If it is anything like the delivery of the work then I feel we will never see it again.
I am disappointed you did not reach out to us prior to putting this review up. I am so sorry that you have had this experience with our sub contractor who no longer is with us. We do not run SP Group like this and we value our customer service and high quality of work delivered. We are disappointed the sub contractor did not organise your refund like like he promised as it was his promise to you and we were unaware. We have tried to contact him and will organise the refund for you by SP Group and deal with receiving this through him ourselves. Melinda

The person who spoke to me when I called listened carefully, made great suggestions, didn’t push their products and when he came to our place was very helpful. The pricing was good and everything went to schedule. The installers were friendly and very competent and the office staff were the same. A great experience.
