SPG really understands how to give great customer service! From Jason out on the road, to the service guys to the people in the office, they all work coherently and get the job done with a minimum of fuss, and with honest pricing too!

Prompt service and a very reasonable price. They serviced the door mechanisms and could easily have quoted for new motor for our garage door as well due to its age and our ignorance, but they did not.
They fixed our problem efficiently.

Since moving to our property four years ago we have been using Dean and SP Group to service our gate annually. The level of care and workmanship is excellent. If there is an unexpected problem the response to check and resolve the issue is within hours. I highly recommend them.

Remote garage door ran off it's rails and became jammed, called into SP Group and spoke to Jason, who said he could call around shortly and check it -which he did. He gave me a report and a time frame to repair and a quote which I believed was very reasonable. The door needed a rail replaced and rollers re fitted which was all done by SP's very quick and professional installers.
All together a great job and price.
I would highly recommend SP Group.
