I am also very disappointed, I have a $230 gift voucher which was bought by my husband only one week or so before they closed, they could at least have said something at the time of purchase. I have also tried calling but have received no response.

I was also given a voucher, from my daughter, for my Birthday. I was told by the owner that she would get back to me , but never did. I feel that these people took our money and ran. Very disappointed.
Yeah me too, I was given a $200 voucher and numerous emails and phone calls full off promised. Now I see their website is closed and their email bounced. Just called both numbers again and it went to voicemail. Can we take them to court, I'm furious. I've contacted A CUrrent Affair I suggest we all do and maybe they'll do a story on it. $200 for us is not cheap so I'm really ticked off!!!!!
The Company has been "wound up" and is in the hands of a liquidator. If you have a claim you need to contact ASIC and REPORT this!
Great service and quality experience! How disappointing they have been closed for months with the promise of a new location to open. I have a $100 voucher which expired in May and had been told they would honour all vouchers and now they have closed their website so I gather they are not opening again. Very annoyed!
I also have a pamper pack voucher my husband gave me for Christmas and am VERY annoyed after I was booked in to use it the week they closed.
I was reassured that they would re-open in April, however after hearing nothing I emailed them in June to be told details of their re-opening would be on their website within 2 weeks.
It has been 2 months since that email and now I find that their website has closed. I have called the owner twice, however my calls have not been returned.
Disappointed is an understatement.
I intend to lodge a complaint with the office of fair trade as my husband spent around $270 on a Christmas gift that I never received!
The owners already knew that ASIC was "winding up" their business" when they put their "honour" promise on their website". I really feel for you. They removed it when a liquidator was appointed by ASIC. You may not get your money back. However you can click on FIDO on the ASIC website and report what has happened. Good luck.
This place is great, from the moment you walk in the door, you feel like you are a million miles away. Staff are friendly and treat you the same no matter now small treatment you are having - I am always offered a drink even after just a quick 20 minute visit. Prices are as you would expect for a spa for most services, however their waxing prices are very cheap compared to some of the bigger chains.

I have been a few times, so the rating is an average. The decor is truly impressive, and you will feel like you have exited the real world and stepped into paradise.
However, I have been disappointed at the snootiness of some of the reception staff. When my husband and I went for the Couples' Spa Experience (3 hours and very pricey), we were greeted like royalty. But when I went another time for a 90-minute massage only (on a special deal), they barely gave me the time of day.
Once I requested a specific therapist, but when I arrived I was told my treatment would be with someone else. That person was inexperienced (as the lady on reception even admitted later) and there was nothing luxurious about that treatment which lasted only 60 of the 90 minutes I had booked.
I'd go back during if I found a really good offer, but mainly because of the decor and the fact that it's the only day spa anywhere close by.

WOW ...I have been to heaps of Day spas before in other locations but this one was the best....I was treated with respect and treated like i was royalty. The staff were amazing and the tea and juices were incredible. The Decor just blew me away. I would recommend this to anyone. they are fabulous and their professional and personal nature is just so inviting.
On arrival, I was greeted with a cup of herbal tea. While sitting & admiring the lovely Thai decor I was to have a choice of essential oil for my massage. Shown to my room, I was given a beautiful silk gown to change into followed by a warm foot bath. The steam room was next - heaven! Followed by one of the best & unique massages & facials I have ever experienced! The atmosphere is devine. Lastly, a fruit mocktail & asian cruisine while sitting back & relaxing in this indoor oasis....

I am another disappointed ex-customer. I too had purchased a $200 voucher for my mother. Soon after, when we phoned to book, we were told they were relocating but would honour the voucher when they re-opened. To date, we have not heard from them and it looks like we never will.
The owners should not have taken your money 1 week before they closed. They already knew there was an application to "wind up" their Company by ASIC. This is appalling. WITHOUT PREJUDICE they knew there was action pending to close them down and I think it's also illegal to take your money knowing that they could not honour their promise! You must let ASIC know.
