FRAUD! Do not use this service! I paid $220 for a detailing service, nobody turned up. I tried contacting to no avail.

This business is a scam!
I booked a medium car exterior detailing package online, paid for online $250, for no one to show up!

No one replied to my emails, online chat, text messaged or returned my calls!

Booked appointment online, They confirmed the booking via email.
Didn't turn up with no explanation given.

1 hour after appointment we sent a text to them, no response. We tried to call them, No response.
They didn't answer until we texted them to say don't bother coming and we were going elsewhere, when they texted back " OK". That's all we got?

Really happy with the service and quality of the detail. We had a few work cars done and we will definitely be back.

Had a pre sale detail done last weekend and they ended up missing a lot of things. I emailed them to get it rectified but have not heard back from anyone. We paid $350 for a five hour service and they were only here for 3.5hours and missed a lot of cleaning inside the car. We had a similar detail with another company 8 months prior to this which was $250 and was up to the same standard. For a large sum of money would expect more from this company and a better service, I will not be using them again or recommend them.
