This is a nice little cafe to visit if you are in the area. I got the eggs benedict and was pleasantly surprised by how tasty they were. Their coffee was also a stand out. If you enjoy fresh, delicious food that isn't too expensive then this is definitely the place for you.

ONLY been once, got a Quinoa and veggie salad. Was very filling and very big. Only thing was wasn't the veggies I was imagining, more like avocado chickpeas and think cucumber. This however was me not asking. Only a small little cafe, and time I got there at 1 thirty, not much left to choose from. Definitely value for money, however possibly oo big for a lunch meal

Approximate cost: $15.00

Just happened upon Sparrow's Nest for an afternoon coffee and the coffee was excellent. Friend had a pot of tea and it was proper tea- as in leaves. We didn't try any cakes or slices but they looked good.
It is set up in what appears to be a foyer of an office block, so it seems a little weird at first. In fact, the whole place is a little different now that I think about it but my coffee was fab!
