After nearly 3 weeks waiting to hear when i could pick up my glasses i rang only to br told they had had them for 3 days.

went in that afternoon to pick up no body serving, waited and got fed up and left.

tried to make online appointment but only 1 i can get that suits me is over a week from today.

so 5 to 6 weeks for glasses and lots of waiting and stuffing around, pathetic, will never go there again

I booked my appointment at Blacktown specsavers for the first time as I always go to castle hill one. I was finding hard to find the store in the shopping center. I called in the store and Raj one of the worker picked my call and helped me calmly in directions. Luckily she did my test. Very calm and nice behavior. Keep doing good work Raj.

I visited Specsavers Blacktown today for the very first time as a walk-in client. Teresa who booked my appointment was really kind and courteous to me. I was even given a place where I could seat comfortably whilst waiting for my turn even they were busy with other clients.

The optomerist Javid M, was friendly too with a respectful attitude. I’m so happy that he was really helpful and kind enough to attend my needs.

Lastly, Zahra gave me an excellent service. I know they are busy attending other clients needs but she was able to let me understand with polite manner and kindness.

To other staffs who provided my needs, I’m extremely happy with your great service. ️️️️️️

I visited SpecSavers to submit an order for new pair of glasses. The service was great, quick and straight to the point. The whole experience took less than 20 minutes and the service provided by Bernard was very polite and pleasant.

I will definitely return back to this store for my next pair of glasses.

I visited Specsavers Blacktown today and had an excellent service again. I was attended by Jennie this time who is very polite, professional and friendly. And same with Kristina (the one who attended me on my 1st visit), I am very happy with the wondeful service I always receive from their staffs.
I needed a new pair of glasses coz my previous one got broken. In just 5 mins everything was settled and the best thing was it was under warranty so I didn't have to pay any.
I will always recommend Specsavers Blacktown! Thank you BIG TIME and keep it up!

I visited Specsavers in Blacktown for the first time and was very impressed with the staff and especially Meeca who attended to me. Very helpful, friendly and professional in looking after me. I would also like to mention Janet who checked my eyes as a lovely, helpful and caring person. She took her time and listened to me. Both Janet and Mecca went above and beyond the service they provided for me and I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends. They are both totally amazing in the service they provide.

I have been wearing prescription glasses for a long time, but never had a pair that looks good on me.

After a recent eye test, I decided to get 2 new pairs of glasses. However, the process of choosing frames was a bit tricky, and I wasn't sure which ones to go for.

Luckily, Kristina was available on that day, and she offered to help. After asking how I wanted to use the new glasses, she recommended 2 styles that looked great on me.

My new glasses are both functional and stylish. They now make me feel good every day.

I just have my eye check recently and i’m very pleased with the service given to me by KRISTINA, one of the staff as well as BERNIE, the Supervisor and the Optometrist doctor (i forgot her name, sorry). They are very commendable because of their respectful and caring service.

I wondered into the store looking for a new pair of glasses but unsure of what style to pick. The lady who helped me was great, she spent time picking several types and used a tablet on the wall to take my photo, hence showing me how other people would see me in the glasses. This was extremely helpful. She then recommend that I pick a second set because they were free under the current offer, so I also got a pair of sunglasses.
Great service, fast turn around, good prices and very polite.

My son has worn glasses since he was 9months old due to a lazy eye,and ive continually gone to specsavers and i just cannot tell u what a god send this shop is for me,we have broken clips on glasses frames,crooked,bent u name it im norm in the shop every second week,im always greeted with a smile and they always take time out for me,(since i brought the glasses from the shop)and sit my son down to check the glasses are ok and properly fitted which is a definite when u have a child or anyone,the worst thing could be having a pair of glasses that dont fit properly that ur not looking through.

All our family had to get new glasses recently. The service was excellent and they offered really good value for money.
