Really bad service! I called in store and the guy whom i spoke to was very nice and gentle but the lady named “ruth” whom i spoke to was terribly rude as she said i could go back to oscar Wylee with my prescription as i got my eye checked there! The problem was two different people were doing two different talk, they never told me we should see the doctor to get the lens trial that was the thing which I didn’t get and started to enquire but the lady was just super rude and didn’t wanna listen! Terribly unhappy, please atleast have some patience to give information the customer they dont know about!
Went back again and christine helped me through the problem, really grateful of her Thankyou so much for your patience and understanding! Really happy

I went for a long overdue eye test. I went to Chermside where I was greeted as I walked in. The staff were extremely courteous and explained everything as we went along. Very happy with the whole experience and would recommend to anyone

I purchased some glasses for my son. Of course he damaged them within a few weeks. When I went back in to see if they could be repaired and the service I received was spectacular! The glasses are now perfect and I can not thank them enough. I would highly recommend them!

Went for my 2-yearly eye checkup - service was great - arrived earlier than scheduled appt time and was seated, seen straight away - great range of frames, specials (especially if health fund member, which I am) - very pleasant staff members and overall experience from start to finish - thank you! Two pairs of glasses (normal + sunglasses) with very little out of pocket ($36.50), and that was only because I selected a special coating on normal pair. Otherwise would have been $0 out of pocket.

The service I received here was truly wonderful. I had been to an optometrist already, but was confused about what they had told me regarding m choices for contact lenses. I went into specsavers for some clarification and was helped by the lady at the front counter, who advised me as best she could ( which was great! ) and then got the optometrist to further clarify. I ended up making an appointment with them, and felt so much more welcome, and able to ask questions than I had at my previous optometrist. I now get my contacts from them monthly and have never had a single negative experience. Very very happy.

I thought the experience I got from Specsavers was from the past.But from the moment I set foot in their store I was looked after as if I was a long lost friend.The service was great the people were friendly. I felt that I was their first and only customer.
