Had got some glasses at Specsavers in Cranbourne but they have closed so went to Karingal where Angela tried to fix the arm of the glasses which was impossible. She replaced with a brand new pair of glasses. Couldn’t be more happier. Would highly recommend to anyone. Angela thank you so much.

This year I have had three retinal bleeds. Albert has always fit me in for an appointment during these emergencies, sometimes even staying back after hours, to examine my eyes and give advice.
He has a wonderful knowledge of emergency services in the area and uses his contacts to ensure I am treated by specialists quickly.
Albert takes the time to explain exactly what is happening to my eyes and I feel he genuinely cares for my health and well-being.
I cannot stress enough how having Albert as my optometrist brings me Peace of mind in these challenging times.
Albert deserves accolades for his exceptional customer service.
Spec savers always bulk bills my exams and they don’t mind that I source my glasses from my specialist

Eye testing is efficient, thorough and friendly. The shop is spacious and well lit with a good range of glasses with 2 for 1 offers (especially good if you are in a health fund). I did strike a bit of resistance when I wanted to use my existing frames for one of my new lenses - it is apparently more work and takes longer. Overall, I am very happy with their service and product and will be returning next year.

# of us needed glasses so you can imagine I thought I was up for a fortune but I actually walked out the shop with a smile on my face and money still left in my purse. Gotta love that!!

I was looking for a pair of glasses for months and getting so fed up because I couldn't find a pair I liked. I went into Specsavers out of desperation (I have been avoiding the budget glasses shops after being told of really bad service at OPSM) and found a pair I actually liked. I decided not to go with the 2 for 1 option and my single pair of glasses came to only $185 - way cheaper than other glasses I have bought over the years, and with my health insurance they were only $65!! They were ready for collection in only 3 days and the staff were nice and patient, double checking that the lenses were the same as the prescription, fitting correctly etc.
I will definitely be going back then I need new glasses again. Budget price but still with excellent service.

Approximate cost: $65 - after heath insurance for 1 pair.

I had no idea where to start looking for glasses. I walked into SpecSavers for a 'look' and left having purchased 2 pairs! Staff were friendly, patient and helpful. I was also pleased with how cheap it was ($199 for 2 pairs)

Approximate cost: $199.00
