I just want everyone to know how professional,easy going, clever ,unjudgemental,wonderful staff they have at Specsavers,Midland,The Crescent. IT was a great experience, I have needed to get my eyes tested for years...Now I've done it...Everyone should do it....Thanks for your time...
My wife received new glasses and they charged the cost to my health funds suffix number,meaning i had to spend 6 weeks trying to clear the rebate off my name, Staff said they will look into it and call me,never did.I had to go back and forth with the health insurance funds for 6 weeks to fix their mistake.never going to use specsavers again!
