My wife received new glasses and they charged the cost to my health funds suffix number,meaning i had to spend 6 weeks trying to clear the rebate off my name, Staff said they will look into it and call me,never did.I had to go back and forth with the health insurance funds for 6 weeks to fix their mistake.never going to use specsavers again!
