Speedie Development Consultants, Andrew Lovelock, drew up the plan of Sub-division for the property I purchased earlier this year. At one measurement/section, Andrew Lovelock has marked 30.16 metres when in fact it measures 27.16 metres. After having a licensed surveyor go through the plan, it appears that it is one of the "larger differences between Title position and occupation" that he has "seen in a residential area (in (his) 20 years of surveying).” In my honest opinion, if you are to use the services of Speedie Development Consultants, please try and obtain the details of their liability insurance as it's proven impossible to obtain these details and obtain a resolution.

We employed the team at Speedie Development Consultants to organise our sub division at Safety Beach in Victoria. We found John and the team at Speedie to be friendly, professional and very thorough.

All details were handled quickly and efficiently. We received regular phone calls updating us on progress which we greatly appreciated. I never had to follow up on anything. This is exceptional service which we were very pleased to have experienced.
