After having a licensed surveyor go through the plan, it appears that it is one of the "larger differences between Title position and occupation" that he has "seen in a residential area (in (his) 20 years of surveying).” In my honest opinion, if you are to use the services of Speedie Development Consultants, please try and obtain the details of their liability insurance as it's proven impossible to obtain these details and obtain a resolution.
