The most over rated Thai restaurants around.

Due to its popularity, its always busy filled with pretentious Surry Hill types who are here to try and be seen, as they cannot be here for the food. They pile the people in and the moment you enter can be exhausting. Once you are packed in like battery hens the service goes down hill. Simply terrible from slow, to trying to get their attention and for them to come over was near impossible.

The food was below average, nothing special from the Pad Thai, to the green curry's or beef dishes.

I really do not understand why this place is so busy considering the Thai choices in Sydney.

Prepare to queue and wait for a table in this small establishment with great authentic Thai food. Been here couple of times with family and friends. Never been disappointed. Definitely recommend this place and it is located near Central Station and if you didn't know this place exist, might be a bit hard to find.

Staff always friendly, great atmosphere with the crowd there.

everytime my family come to town this is one of their hit list. voted the best thai restaurant few times and win alot of awards. the place is quite small and always long que. almost everything in here are very very very delicious and mouth watering. my fave are their spicy fried rice which is super spicy and their cripsy pork belly in basil and also massamun curry. the only downside is they only take cash. there is atm very near by if you forgot to bring cash with you. other than that u will get hooked up with their delicious food.

What a great restaurant and great food, I had a Prawn style curry dish, cant remember the name with some sort of omlette style thing in the dish - it was beautiful!! and the Basil chicken mince (Pad Kra Prao) was ok but was basically just plain mince, I also had Pad Thai, beautiful, and Fried Rice with Crab meat, great prices and friendly waiters.

Well,this place definitely lived up to my expectation!
We ordered a bunch of mains - stir fried garlic chicken, beef masamman curry, crispy pork belly in chilli jam, pad thai, chicken in red curry and stir fried basil chicken. Most of these, bar the basil chicken were very good.
Pad See Ew - Definitely one of the best I had in Sydney. Lunch menu was also very reasonably priced. Would come back again :)

very authentic thai food. their tom yum is one of the best. if you like spicy thai food than this is the one, very spicy. small place but very crowded.
Don't miss the Crispy Basil Pork Belly and the Curries are fantastic and totally traditional (including the blood jelly).
We had to wait for about 10 minutes because it's popular and small and doesn't take bookings for couples. But worth the wait.

great place, amazing decor. Pricier than regular thai places but happy to pay for quality. Service is attentive and professional. Love the whole ambiance of the place

A very popular Thai restaurant - always busy and it's best to arrive early to ensure that you get a seat. There are always lots of people waiting for tables or take-aways as well, which puts you under a bit of pressure. Notwithstanding this, the food is great and you'll enjoy your meal. Authentic, tasty Thai food.
