Trust is a valuable and rare treasure today. I have found Spencer aka the Spin Doctor to be a man I can trust with my bike. I took my Cervélo in for a full service. Spencer did a great job. He pointed out what had to be done, what could be done, and what I could leave till later without any risk to me or my bike. I have felt that the other bike stores over the years pushed to get whatever they could out of me. This is not the case with the Spin Doctor. I found him to be that rare individual who still loves his work. He puts professional service before profits. He values relationships with people higher than return of investment.
