The business is now located at Cremorne. The actual car hire was reasonable. The nightmare was trying to get the $4,900- bond that was taken out of my account, to be credited back into my account. It took one calendar month and countless phone calls by myself and my husband. We both heard many excuses and we were made broken promises by them. The business is run very unprofessionally and I could not recommend them to anyone.

This company seems to be run by a group of friends rather than professionals.
Very poor organisational skills and customer service.
We booked a sports car drive day through Gifts That Thrill (also offered by FreemanX or other companies like Red Balloon Day). The cars promised to me over the phone was misleading. When we arrived the promised cars were not available. It was not in writing, only verbal, so little could be done. We decided not to go ahead with the 'luxury drive experience'.
The issue we had with them was their very poor organisation. On the morning when we arrived, people were waiting 90mins before they were able to organise the paper work in order for it to start. It was clear that all other customers appeared frustrated and there was no explanation for the delay.
We did not feel confident with this company what so ever and were glad we decided to refund and not go ahead with it.
However they had already taken out $5000 from my credit card which was supposed to be for the bond. I haven't heard of a company that actually withdraws the bond money from your account, when it was only a bond. They didn't notify it was going to be debited from my account either.
In their disorganised manner, it took them almost 20 days to return that $5000 after so many phone calls. Their communication was very poor as they seemed very dismissive - the opposite of reassuring, which is what you need to hear to feel assured you will receive your bond back.
It was a nightmare experience for a birthday gift.
